Our Story

Mr. and Mrs. Neal

Linbrook Heritage Estate is privately owned by Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Neal. Mr.Neal's ancestry on the land can be traced back over 250 years where they worked as subsistence farmers. The estate continues this tradition today as a working farm. Its primary mission is preserving North Carolina's farming heritage and industrial legacy.

Mr. Neal used his knowledge of his family's farming heritage and his own success as an entrepreneur to invest in and create the estate.

Mr. Neal holds patents within the farming industry. He also co-founded one of the largest semiconductor manufacturing companies, and was the recipient of the Order of the Long Leaf Pine by the Governor of North Carolina for his contributions to business in North Carolina.

The Giving House

The Estate is majestically situated in the heart of

North Carolina with rolling hills and views of America's oldest mountain range, the Uwharrie Mountains.

Linbrook Hall is the centerpiece of the estate with over 36,000 square feet, four full floors and five different event spaces.

The Neals envisioned Linbrook Hall as a place where people would come together for special events to learn about good causes, and perhaps be moved to give to those causes. In short a "house for giving."
